The Woodland Police Officers’ Association is governed by a five-member board of directors under the current leadership of President David Shepard.

The Woodland Police Officers’ Association is a non-profit organization that represents the sworn men and women of the Woodland Police Department. We Protect the men and women who protect the city of Woodland by protecting the rights of our members and provide them with the best possible legal representation, to negotiate for adequate benefits and competitive wages, and to support our community through donations to local programs and worthwhile charities.
